Make menuconfig fails, cannot find curses.hI put kernel-source-2.2.19_2.2.19.orig.tar.gz in /usr/src, ran tar -xvvzf and checked Documentation/Changes for all the required packages. I have uptodate versions of almost all of them and the remainder - for example isdn4k-utils - do not seem to be necessary for my system. Still I must be missing something. Any suggestions?
