Not off-hand, I'm afraid, as I don't even have KDE installed. Check
konsole's documentation to see if it takes similar args or Xresources.
Failing that, I know that GNOME's terminal app has a properties dialog in
which one can set these options and make them persistent.
(Side note, or maybe rant: I do wish the GNOME and KDE apps paid attention
to some of the more common X resource settings, like geometry. I'm all in
favor of making Unix/X easier to use, but let's not throw out
well-established and useful tricks in doing it.)
