Hiya,

as root,

update-alternatives --config x-window-manager

This should do it for when you boot up without messing
with any scripts. Within the actual Window Manager, you
should be able to switch to another WM from a menu (i.e.,
I could switch from WindowMaker to KDE...)

hi all,
I'm a Debian newbie running potato 2.2.r3
now my question is,
I'have xdm and severar Window Managers installed, 
how can I make Wmaker the "default" Window Manager
at startup, now it is icewm, 
I want to keep my other Window Managers as well
and an easy way switching from Wmaker to any other
of my Window Managers....
btw. what files are involved, e.g. .xinitrc 
how should the file look like ?
