They are available with the kernel source, and even distributed with the
stock Debian-packaged kernel and on the boot floppies. It's the
"3c59x.o" module. A list of the cards supported by this module can be
found in the kernel documentation under networking/vortex.txt (it
handles the cards implementing 3com's vortex chipset).
