Any NE2000 clone.  I personally have the Netgear EA-211.  Just be sure
to turn off Plug-and-Pray with the DOS disk before you try and use it
with linux.  Also remember what the io and irq settings are.  Linksys
and DLink also make ISA NICs (NE2k clones, IIRC/AFAIK) in the same
price range (~$15-$20 US).  The netgear card came with a 7ft Cat5
cable.
