Hi,
Sounds weird, I would firstly think it was the nic,
and IRQ 4 doesn't seem right. IRQ 4 is usually set aside for
your com ports.
I would try using a different IRQ, or otherwise, try grabbing
a different nic to test and see if the results are the same.
