You might want the 'epro100' or 'eepro' module.  There is a Dell
system at work that has one of those Intel NICs (on-board).  I had to
download the source from Intel for it (a RH6.2 box though).  I don't
remember the _exact_ name of the module because there are several that
are very similar.
