reinst-required
              A package  marked  reinst-required  is  broken  and
              requires  reinstallation.  These packages cannot be
              removed, unless forced  with  option  --force-rein­
              streq.

lesse here if dpkg --force-reinstreq doesn't work I'd just mallet it
with dpkg --force-all.
