Hi Andrew,

if you just want to look up some words dict should do. You can get
dictionaries from http://www.freedict.de . Nevertheless I tried this
yesterday and was not able to get it working. Another possibility is
qtrans, a KDE-translator, based on Babylon dictionaries:
