Hi again people.
All of a sudden I am having a huge amount of trouble with
PostgreSQL/Perl/DBI. Two days ago, a (CGI, soon to become mod_perl)
program (in perl, using DBI and Posgtres) that I was working on
suddenly stopped working. Everytime I try to run it, perl just bombs
with a 'segementation fault'; no diagnostics, no warnings, nothing.
I'm getting quite desperate, does anyone have any ideas? I'm
beginning to think that it might be filesystem corruption (I was
running 2.4.8 with a ReiserFS root partition, now it's 2.4.9)
A pg_dump/restore cycle didn't help either.
It also occurs when I copied the data into a new database.
Oddly enough, psql seems to work fine.
