I have a strange problem: Yesterday I configured my sound and all I had to do to get it working was to change the permissions on /dev/mixer and /dev/dsp. But as I rebooted my computer today my MP3 player didn't work. I pressed "play" but it even didn't want to start playing. I tried some other players but without success. My card is a Creative Labs Sound Blaster. Marcus
