IRQ routing conflict with ne2k-pci

Hi,

I have installed a neclone2000 pci ethernet card and I get this error:

IRQ routing conflict for 00:0a.0, have irq 10, want irq 11

I tried to pass the correct parameters at boot time but nothing happened...I also tried to find the conf.modules file as told in the ethernet HOWTO to put in the correct parameters for my card but I couldn't find it too.

Any help would be appreciated.
