Good information.  I just did a google search on "Intel 21143/2" and
got a couple of hits on the tulip milaing list at scyld.com (ex
http://www.tux.org/hypermail/linux-tulip/2000-May/0064.html).  FYI
Scyld (www.scyld.com) is Donald Becker's current employer, and he is
the mastermind behind most/all of the Linux networking drivers.

Sounds like that is a DEC Tulip chip based card so try the 'tulip'
driver.
