Yeah, there's a wishlist bug (#96781) open against man-db to provide
examples of man pages in various languages. I can do POD and an example
of DocBook is mentioned in the bug report; if anybody can think of other
formats and would like to send me something in the style of
manpage.example, I can probably include it in time for woody.
