Yup, I just wanted to add another voucher for that setup---I use it too.
I've never really dug in to any one mailer, but have toyed around with
several, including exim, smail, and qmail. Postfix is by far my favorite,
and for a simple setup such as mine, it's *super* easy to use. Also, last
I checked, postfix had a great reputation for security. I lurked around
the postfix mailing list for a while, and the author is unbelievably
helpful. It seems like he answers half the questions himself!
Fetchmail and mutt are pretty straightforward, and simple to setup and
use. Depending on your experience, procmail could be slightly challenging
at first, but there are countless internet tutorials, references and
examples for procmail.
All in all, I think it's a good setup with which you'll be very happy.
