dpkg -L blast2 will list all files in blast2 package. If bl2seq is not there,
file a bug report. (ISTR not all binaries were in NCBI's tarball, but I've no
idea what was missing -- it's been a while -- so it may be NCBI's fault, not
maintainer's.)
