linksys lne100tx v4

Has anyone had any success getting this card to
install. I'm having trouble getting the drivers to
compile. The errors I'm getting when I run make are:

gcc -DMODULE -D__KERNEL__ -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes
-O6 -I/usr/src/linux/include   -c -o pci-skeleton.o

pci-skeleton.c:89: linux/modversions.h: No such file
or directory
