http://galeon.sourceforge.net/download.html says we need the
mozilla devel package from
http://www.debian.jp.or/~kitame/mozilla/, a link which is wrong,
which I traced to:
http://non-us.debian.org/~kitame/mozilla/mozilla-dev_0.9-0.0.3_i386.deb
Is that needed or not?

I see only rpm files and tar.gz files there. The download page
says to look in ftp://galeon.ufies.org/pub/galeon/debian but that
link is dead.
