debian-cd package possible bug?

help...?

I am trying to create CDs of potato, using my "testing" system.

I am getting errors.
I am looking in /usr/share/debian-cd

In the CONF.sh file and in the Makefile the
envvar MKISOFS_OPTS includes -a

When make bin-images runs, the output reports
/usr/bin/mkhybrid: option '-a' is ambiguous.

When I look in the man for mkisofs (mkhybrid) there is no -a option.

I see that there is a separate mkhybrid package, but this conflicts
with mkisofs, and I am not allowed to de-dselect mkisofs.

Can anyone tell me what the -a option to mkhybrid does, and what is
the new flag that replaces it?
