The last time I've tested this line in my sources.list I've seen bad dependencies for potato.
IMHO these packages are for woody.
But you can fetch the source and rebuild packages for potato.
I've done it with success.
Java, https (I use https often) both work.
And with galeon you are ready to surf.

I just did an apt-get update; apt-get install galeon and got zip. Is galeon non-free or something that would prevent it being in Debian?
