Nope. It's a 2.2.12 kernel and devfs wasn't introduced until 2.4. (And with
the problems I've seen other people here having with it, I'm not real
interested in trying devfs any time soon.)

/proc is there, it just doesn't include a pci (pseudo-)file/dir.
