Reporting bugs (was: xmh crashes)

I installed the `bug' package and report bugs with the `bug' program
that the package installs. Just type `bug task-x-window-system' and
follow the prompts.
It appears that `reportbug' is a better system, but depends on the
nonexistent python-newt package in woody. I've already reported the
bug against python-newt.
