woody upgrade fails (debconf error)



I got this error when updating Woody this morning:

Preconfiguring packages ..
Can't locate Debconf/Client/ConfModule.pm in @INC (@INC contains:

/usr/local/lib/site_perl/i386-linux /usr/local/lib/site_perl

console-data failed to configure, with exit code 2

Setting up console-data (1999.08.29-14) ...
