jserv - apache install conflict

Hi !
I thought i gave apache the servlet favour, but they didn't want it...

I'm trying to install jserv + apache using dselect on a potato2.2r2box

But dselect tells me:
=======
jserv depends on java-virtual-machine
apache conflicts with jserv (<= 1.1-3)
jserv suggests apache or apache-ssl
=======

jserv gives the following package-infos:
=====
Suggests: apache | apache-ssl
Conflicts: libapache-mod-jserv, apache (<< 1.3), apache-ssl (<< 1.3),
apache (>= 1.4), apache-ssl (>= 1.4)
Filename: dists/potato/contrib/binary-i386/web/jserv_1.1-3.deb
=====

apache version:
=====
Conflicts: apache-modules, libapache-mod-perl (<= 1.17-1), jserv (<=
1.1-3)
Filename:
dists/potato/optional/binary-i386/web/apache_1.3.12-2.0.potato.1_i386.deb
=====

Am i right that this is not normal ?!

Bye,
       Sascha
