a bit fuzzy -- YOU are gonna accept email destined for
youruser@your.local.ip PLUS forwarded email that swings
through somewhere@remost.isp.domain ?

or, YOU want to set up your static IP to be the forwarder,
so that email to someone@your.ip.num or folk@another.ip.alias
will get routed elsewhere, depending on domain name?
