installing licq: libqt2 problems

Hi all,

when trying to install licq using apt-get i receive the following error:

------------------
Sorry, but the following packages have unmet dependencies:
  licq-plugin-qt2: Depends: libqt2 (>= 1:2.0.2-1.0)
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify
a solution).
------------------

so i do exactly as sugguested.. apt-get -f install, to no avail. It asks to
install libqt2, i agree and it downloads, unpacks and exits with:

------------------
Unpacking libqt2 (from .../libqt2_1%3a2.0.2-1.1_i386.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/libqt2_1%3a2.0.2-1.1_i386.deb
(--unpack):
trying to overwrite `/usr/lib/qt2/lib/libqt.so.2', which is also in package
libqt2.2
Errors were encountered while processing:
 /var/cache/apt/archives/libqt2_1%3a2.0.2-1.1_i386.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
------------------

has anyone run into the same problem? i'm running KDE2.1beta1, qt2.2.3.

thanks in advance

William
