I'm currently permanent and totally disabled, receiving Social Security
Disability
and looking for support, personal and financial help on the outside of
 Portland,
Oregon  for me &  my children.  I'm recuperating from a car accident and had
to
have rt.& lt. knee surgery and neck surgery with bone plugs & Titanium
A-plate
with screws at C-4/5, C-5/6.  I need help to get my children out of their
situation
which is politically motivated cover-up by the Judicial & State System with
no
concern for the children. Can you help or direct me to someone to help, For

Dear Mr. DeLaney,
        Thanks for the dates and the case history. Haven't had time to read
it all yet but you
are definitely getting the short end of
the stick. Definitely looks like Judge Merri Souther-Wyatt doesn't like men
in general, and
black men in particular.
       Given that judges have absolute judicial immunity I'm surprised you
even got the case
filed against her in Federal court. I
assume the appeal is still underway but I don't think you will succeed there
either. You might
want to look at a similar case here
in Colorado at

       Have you considered attempting to get the judge impeached? Some
instructions on
how that is done in Colorado on the
DV against men Web site under "The Case For Judicial Impeachment." Don't
imagine
Oregon is terribly different.
       I'm on the board of the local chapter of the ACLU and I've been trying
to get them
interested in these problems. Am I
correct in assuming you would not object to my using your case as an example
of what men
endure in the courts and under
current law?
        Given the holidays I probably won't get a chance to write this up
until the first part of
January. We leave on vacation to
visit my mother in Utah on Thursday morning and I am terribly far behind
because I thought
we were going to trial against my
ex-wife last week for malicious prosecution, abuse of process, outrageous
conduct, and
breach of fiduciary duty. However, the
court reset trial for next August at the last moment. And you are no doubt
fully aware of just
how expensive such delays are. At
any rate, trial preparation has occupied most of the past month, and put me
far behind on
everything else. Sound like a good
excuse? I'm sure from what I've been able to glean from your file that it
must.
        At any rate I will most definitely send the write up to you for
review before posting it.
My material goes to the local
papers but they don't believe DV against men exists and judges are gods in
their eyes. So
not much chance I can get it printed.
However, it will get wide distribution on the Web, and in today's world that
may be better.
Feel free to use anything I write to
try and get it published there.
         I just posted a bunch of new vignettes about men who are abused and
killed on the
DV against men Web site.
Sometimes it helps just to see that other men are enduring much the same
problems. You
might also enjoy my comments on the
courts and laws on that site as well.

            EVIDENCE STATE OF OREGON IS BIASED AGAINST FATHERS




  [The Thirteenth Amendment] has been followed by the Fourteenth Amendment,
 which ordains that  [a]ll persons born or naturalized in the United States,
 and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States,
 and of the State wherein they reside.  No State shall make or enforce any
 law, which abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United
 States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or
property,
 without due process of law, nor deny to any person the equal protection of
 the laws.  This amendment also declares that [t]he Congress shall have power
 to enforce by appropriate legislation the provisions of this article.

      The following Facts (incidents) definitely proves State is biased
against
                fathers. Documentation provided upon requests.

 ·       June 23, 1993 - Son born with Cocaine in System reported by Kaiser
 Permanente Hospital Social Worker.
 ·       June 25, 1993 - Discussion with Mother inpresence of CSD worker

 Burton, Discussion of positive urine screen (Cocaine)
 ·       July 23, 1993 - Father didn't know son existed until thirty days
after
 birth, didn't carry real fathers last name.
 ·       Aug. 22, 1994 - Daughter born at Kaiser Permanente Hospital
Pre-Mature
 at 28-29 weeks, respiratory distress syndrome, mild; Apnea of  pre-maturity
and Anemia
of pre-maturity
 ·       Summer 1995 - Mother breaks in dads house (1920 NW 26th Ave. Apt
#116)
 while, daughter and dad at church, placed oldest daughter through window to
 open door, police report made.
 ·       Sep. 28, 1995 - Mother gives oldest daughter Bloody Nose (425 NE
 Buffalo St.).  Reported to Children Services.
 ·       Nov. 14, 1995 - Oldest daughter report to CSD;Mom hits me & sibs;
and
 shakes two year old daughter she pointed to small healed scars on arms &
said
 mom inflicted them.
 ·       June 6, 1996 - Report made to Children Servicesby Director of
 Peninsula Day Care Center "5:20 pm caller said mom on file notto pick-up.
 But she did any way, saidshe would be back in 10 min.  But didn'treturn.
 Thinks She's on Drugs."
 ·       Reported May 24, 1997 - Mother hits three-year-old daughter with
 screen door, split lip and knocked out half of front tooth.  Founded Case
with
 CSD, Father given custody by Gresham Police
 ·       June 18, 1997 - Cares Northwest Evaluation, Examiner/Interviewer Dr.
 Bays/Dowling. CSD allowed mother to take children to Evaluation.  Examiners
 states that the children were very GUARDED  (Mother tainted the evaluation)
 ·       Aug & Sep 1997 - Full Blown custody evaluation OHSU, recommendation
 physical custody of son to Father shared custody of daughter.
 ·       Oct 23, 1997 - Settlement Conference in front of Judge Kristina
LaMar
 signed by both parents and Judge who states:  The above three pages
agreement
 is approvedand binding on the parties. Residential Custody of son to Father,
shared custody of daughter.
 ·       Oct 1997 - Mother tells four-year-old son I'm going to kill your
daddy; son reported to therapist.
 ·       Nov 2, 1997 - On or about two weeks later hit dad with car (500 NE
Multnomah St.) as a pedestrian in front of kids.  Father candidate for total
knee replacement.
 ·       Nov 4, 1997 - Father gets restraining order on mother granted by
Judge Merri Souther-Wyatt
 ·       Nov 1997 - Mother breached court order restraining order and goes to
jail
 ·       Nov 16, 1998 & Sep 16, 1999 - Two Unknown witnesses signs affidavits
 stating they seen mother hit father with automobile.  This took place in
front of three children.
 ·       Nov 7, 1997 - Father off work for a week diagnosis as having
fracture
 in right knee goes through physical therapy Kaiser Permanente, Dec 19, 1997
-  placed in immobile cast and Feb 9, 1998- Father has surgery 80% of
cartilage removed on lateral side of rightknee.  Off work for three to four
months total.
 ·       Dec 12, 1997 - Children appointed attorney by Judge Dale Koch who
ordered son stays with father until 21 day custody hearing and Son stays with
Father
 ·       December 15, 16, & 18, 1997 go to Multnomah County Circuit Court in
front of Judge Merri Souther-Wyatt who does the following.
 1.   Vacated court order appointing counsel for the children
 2.   Vacated court order restraining order on mother
 3.   Ignored expert testimony about abuse by the mother at December 1997
trial
 4.   Ignored evidence of the mother's drug and alcohol abuse
 5.   Ignored evidence of mothers; assault on father with motor vehicle,
Judge
 Wyatt stated: "You probably provoked her  to hit you with the car."
 6.   Terminated fathers'rights to review and consult with doctors and
counselors treating children and stated that father can have visitation, so
long as (untruth) father is clean, sober, not agitated & doesn't question
children about their mother & her family. Makes no reports of abuse, or exams
or checks or photographs children for abuse, no modeling by children & no
access of children's therapists, school, medical or SCF records.
 ·       Dec 18, 1997 - Ordered father to return son tohis abuser (mother)
 ·       Feb 6, 1998 - at 8:18am - Mother violated court order parenting time
