That means you can't play sounds on your box, because you don't have the right
permissions.
$ ls -al /dev/dsp
crw-rw---- 1 root audio 14, 3 aoû 30 17:55 /dev/dsp
You probably need to add yourself to the audio group, by editing /etc/group for
instance.
