What problems do you have on Squid?
If I remember correctly, /etc/squid.conf doesn't allow anybody to access
the cache; change the "http_access" line to:
http_access allow all
Of course, you'd need to define something useful (more protective) than
allowing all clients (IP numbers) to access your web cache.
