Get the directory
/debian/dists/potato/main/disks-i386/current/images-1.44/udma66 (this is
from memory) somewhere local, like a CD-ROM or get them from the ftp
site. Then for each of these files:

 - rescue.bin
 - root.bin
 - driver-1.bin
 - driver-2.bin
 - driver-3.bin
 - driver-4.bin

Insert a blank floppy into /dev/fd0 and type:

 # dd if=[image].bin of=/dev/fd0

Repeat until each of the images are on a floppy, and use the first
floppy (rescue.bin) to boot the machine.
