CPAN help needed.

Hi all aving great problems with installing and using CPAN can not find the
FTP site at Demon, I am not sjure how to change the settings and specify
another location. Find below the output from my box. As always any help
greatfully recieved.

You might want to try
    install Bundle::CPAN
    reload cpan
  without quitting the current session. It should be a seamless upgrade
  while we are running...
