exim outgoing addresses...

I have my system setup as a satellite, which forwards all email to a 
sh\marthost, who delivers it.

But when it arrives, I'd like the addresses to show where they came from,

e.g.  From:  user@mylinux.whatever
 instead of
        From; user

Hints?
