Redhat has a small document with the basics. Search on that page for
'bind' or something. There is also documentation in /usr/doc/bind.
Another simple document is at
http://panic.et.tudelft.nl/debian/handleiding/debian22hdl.txt
and go to chapter 12.6. It is Dutch, but I am sure you are intelligent
enough to know how the examples work.
