$ dpkg -S djscript
djtools: /usr/bin/djscript
djtools: /usr/share/doc/djtools/djscript.README.gz
djtools: /usr/share/doc/djtools/djscript.ChangeLog
djtools: /usr/share/man/man1/djscript.1.gz

Looks like you need the djtools package.
