Yes, this same thing happens to me with any new users I create. It 
doesn't happen to me in my profile ever though so there must be 
something in the default config files created for new users. This is not 
a problem of mixed packages with Helix because I've never installed 
anything from Helix. I haven't looked into this any further because I 
don't really care that much about adding new users. -Jeff
