It looks like you are mixing potato and woody packages.

libc6_2.1.3-10 is potato version of libc6. To install it you have to
install potato's ldso package. Try remove any woody entries from your 
sources.list and then 

apt-get --reinstall install ldso

(or dpkg --force-downgrade -i ldso_1.9.11-9.deb)
