x2x is merely a tool to wrap two different x sessions into one. to actually
utilise a second head requires support from the two video cards. you most
likely choice is running the second one with a framebuffer, and running the
2nd X session on top of that

i've got the matrox dri, so my dual-head matrox works fine with a simple
insmod. *sighs happily*
