I'll translate that (I know Hungarian):
I succeeded in installing my ISDN card in the kernel, but I can't
configure the pppd properly and my ISP uses ISDN.
Below, I'm basically translating what you said to Hungarian.

Azért nem kaptál magyar-nyelvü választ eddig, mert legtöbben nem tudnak
magyarul (ebben legalábbis); megpróbálok segíteni. Lefordítottam a
kérdésedet, úgyhogy ha valaki angolul válaszol, lefordítom magyarra. Eddig
valaki azt mondta, hogy az ipppd-t kell használni pppd helyett;
installállni kell az isdnutils csomagot. Jó szerencsét!
