AFAIK there are both packages in debian, but if you are using dselect
everything is explained to you in the lower part of the screen. If you
search something and dselect does not find it at once, you have to type the
same again.
For your second question, netscape4 is either 4.73 or 4.75, that depends on
your source, but you shoul install 4.75 for security reasons.
