In /etc/X11/XF86Config in the section "Files" just put the Line with
75dpi font above the one with 100dpi.

   FontPath   "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/75dpi:unscaled"
   FontPath   "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/100dpi:unscaled"
