GnuPG: prblem installing on Woody

Hi,

I've a strange problem with GnuPG: I can install it correctly without any
errors, but when i run gpg, i get the following error:
gpg: /usr/lib/gnupg/rsa: error loading
extension: /usr/lib/gnupg/rsa: cannot open shared object file: No such
file or directory
gpg: selected cipher algorithm is invalid
gpg: selected digest algorithm is invalid

So I tried to install gpg-rsa, which gives the following error:
Sorry, but the following packages have unmet dependencies:
gpg-rsa: Depends: gnupg but it is not going to be installed
E: Sorry, broken packages

What should I do to get gpg working? (I do however succeed in making a pgp
key, if that's helpfull to know.)

Second question (already asked, but no respons, so I just sneak it in this
mail too) Anyone ever experienced a slow respons of a FAT partition? When
I delete a file, this is sometimes only effective after a few hours. This
only happens with one of my FAT partitions. Kernel 2.2.17 with IDE
backport.

Thanks for any help!

Frederik
