there are Journaling FileSystems for Linux, yes. but, all are still
beta or alpha..

  o ReiserFS: a JFS, which uses a B-Tree (afaik beta),
  o Ext3: it adds Journaling-capabilities to ext2 (afaik alpha),

there are also some other... XFS (from SGI) and JFS (from IBM)... both
alpha, afaik. i don't know how usable they are.
