Pricewatch.com (IIRC) does a good job of comparing best prices for
various bits of hardware.  I believe SCSI commands a 2x premium.  Buy
accordingly -- for big fat storage, EIDE.  For more heavily demanded
drives, SCSI.  Either way, 9-20 GB is downright cheap.
