Very sensible settings.
I actually purge ae, I pretty much hate that #!^*~+´ editor, and I have
removed nvi for vim (vi deluxe), and am very happy.
Midnight Commander can also use $EDITOR and $PAGER, which makes it a lot
nicer ...
