How do I get mail archives?

Can you, please, inform me on what is the procedure of getting a mail
archive? What I have found is at "http://www.debian.org/contact"; in
section "Commonly Requested Addresses": 

	Mailing List Archives
		listarchives@packages.debian.org

(... or at least make you laugh :))
