Jeff.

It's not too hard.  Have a look at /etc/crontab  The first two
entries of each line are the minute and hour the daily, weekly and
monthly cron srcipts will run.  Replace the 6 in the file with a 3.

That's what I did and it works when I'm (hopefully asleep).
