resize - delete partitions ??

Hello Everybody,

I have a problem concerning my partitions.
I have a partion /usr and /usr/local. The partition /usr is almost full
while /usr/local is as good as
empty.
I would like to change my partition table so that the partition /usr/local
is removed and this disk space is added
to the partition /usr.

Is there an "easy" way to do this without having to reinstall Debian and
without losing any data ????

In the rest of this mail, I have included my partition table and my disk
usage.

Does anybody have some good idea ????
