At first, do you use Linux? RVS ISDN X.75T /V.120 looks more like a Windows device
desciption...
Secondly, am I right that you want to connect a (your?) modem to an ISDN-card? If so,
it's unlikely you will succeed; in fact, it depends on the ISDN-card involved
(passive or active ISDN-card I think), but see for yourself:
