Translation (or what I understand):
I have an AMD K6 II 450MHz on a motherboard Superb1 of QMI Legend
Operative System is Debian Gnu Linux (SLINK)..
I can't configure X for Sis530 chip so X doesn't work.
For Mandrake dist I hadn't problems.

I don't know exactly problems with this Sis chip but I know that in 
Xserver 3.3.6 were integrated some Xserver for Sis produced by Suse
(see http://www.xfree86.org for others notice).
What kind of error messages you have?
