Howto make an updated bootable Potato CD

I'd like to install a fresh copy of Potato on my new HD (Maxtor 15.3
Gb). I've already got woody installed on my other HD but I'd like to
have a potato installation on this new and faster HD.
I have seen a number of documents/recipes on howto make homebrew RedHat
CDs with updates incorporated (download RPMs, download updates, fudge
around with RPMs a bit, fudge some more, create ISO image, burn to CD).
Just wondering how I would go about doing a similar thing for potato
since I only have a 56k dialup connection from home and couldn't
possibly install potato over the modem since it would take forever.
Basically, I would like to make an a bootable Potato CD with all the
latest potato debs.
Thanks.
